We at Caterlink hope you are keeping well.
We continue to work very hard with our suppliers to ensure we adhere to the food standards guidelines and maintain great quality and nutrition in our food. However in order for Caterlink to do this we have taken the decision to increase the tariff that will come into effect from 01/04/2024. The main meal price will increase from £2.41 to £2.53.
This new price is in line with the industry tariff given by the DfE so is the industry standard and we have held this increase off for 6 months to support our schools and their families.
Caterlink are committed to ensure we offer a wholesome healthy balanced menu and offer, to show our commitment to this we have ensured that the range included in our Meal Deal has not been reduced to ensure a full and varied offering is available for the Meal Deal/Free School Meal price, we hope this will promote the continued uptake of the opportunity to get a wholesome meal for cheaper than what it may cost to provide the same options at home. We hope that this demonstrates that Caterlink are committed to offering a strong value for money offer to our customers.
Once again, thank you for your continued support with the contract. This year has been difficult for everyone. It has been a real pleasure working with your school this year.
